“Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a little boy, I loved spending time with my mother in the kitchen and watched with interest as she created dishes close to my heart. Now I try to bring African cuisine closer to Europeans, show its beauty and unique, exotic flavors. I had the pleasure of working with chefs from Egypt, Botswana, South Africa and Nigeria, and when creating the menu, I try to select dishes from different parts of the continent, so that the experience of our guests is as wonderful as possible.”
